1. Sourcing CIS KOLs, Managing KOLs & Affiliates:

Research, identify and establish relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the crypto space in specified regions.
Collaborate with KOLs and affiliates to enhance brand visibility and promote Bitmart’s existing products/services within the Web3 community to achieve the growth target every quarter.
Develop and implement strategies to leverage KOLs and affiliates for effective marketing campaigns.
Analyse and report on the performance and efficiency of KOLs and affiliates.
Drive more quality KOLs and affiliates to work with Bitmart.


2. Marketing & Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of marketing activities, ensuring consistency with the overall marketing strategy.
Monitor and analyse OKRs to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
Translate content from English to local language, regularly update and manage content across various marketing channels, including regional social media, websites, and other platforms.
Organise and host regular AMA in local region.


3. Social Media & Community Management:

Manage BitMart CIS Twitter, Telegram, and VK accounts.
Create and publish daily social media content such as new listing announcements, campaigns, product updates, and regional exclusive promotions.
Engage with CIS users on social media platforms, responding to their queries and fostering community interaction.


4. Customer Service:

Address inquiries and concerns from CIS users across social media and community channels.
Provide efficient and helpful support to resolve user issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.


5. Multi-Language Translation:

Translate requested materials from English to both Russian and Ukrainian using Smartling and shared drive.
Ensure accurate translation of important content including social media posts, press releases, banners, and other marketing materials.

Qualifications:
Must have basic knowledge of Web3, cryptocurrency, blockchain, etc；
Must be fluent in local language (both Ukrainian and Russian is a must), able to do translation from English to local languages, able to host AMA in local language sometimes.
Strong understanding in current web 3 trends, market dynamics, and key players, with a strong knowledge of the local culture and regulation.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms such as: Twitter/x, tiktok, facebook, instagram, youtube, telegram, discord, etc
Must be located or working under the European time zone (GMT, CET, etc), capable of working remotely with a self-disciplined approach.
